Garlic Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add the chicken cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

4. Add the rice and stir to combine.

5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.

6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve the garlic chicken and rice warm. Enjoy!
