Cheesy Onion and Garlic Omelette

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1 clove of minced garlic

Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until the yolks and whites are combined.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

3. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook until the edges start to set, about 2 minutes.

4. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the omelette and fold in half.

5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
