Garlic and Bacon Shrimp Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

-1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
-4 slices bacon, diced
-1/2 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
-1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
-1/4 cup pecorino cheese, grated
-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
-1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.

3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

5. Remove skillet from heat and stir in bacon, parmesan, gorgonzola, pecorino, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
