Garlic and Chilli Salmon with Bok Choy

Ingredients:

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 2 heads of bok choy, chopped

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, sugar, soy sauce, chilli flakes, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

4. Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

7. Add the bok choy and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Serve the salmon fillets with the bok choy. Enjoy!
