Garlic and Onion Chicken with Spinach Rice

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, marinaded in garlic and onion with seasonings
- 2 cups of white rice
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package instructions.

4. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.

5. Add cooked rice, bacon, and cream to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

6. Serve chicken with spinach rice. Enjoy!
