Garlic and Onion Fish
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pound of fish (any type)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Place fish in the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook for 5 minutes, flipping once, until fish is cooked through.
6. Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
7. Serve hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
