Garlic-Basil Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, onion, garlic, carrots, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and spread the vegetables around the chicken.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve and enjoy!
