Garlic Bread Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 cup cooked white rice

-2 cloves garlic, minced

-1 tablespoon olive oil

-1/2 cup diced cooked meat (such as chicken, beef, pork, or turkey)

-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

-1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

-1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

-1/4 teaspoon dried basil

-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

-1/4 teaspoon onion powder

-1/4 teaspoon paprika

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

-4 slices garlic bread

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, garlic, olive oil, diced cooked meat, black pepper, oregano, thyme, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Spread the rice mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.

4. Place the garlic bread slices on top of the cheese.

5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top and serve. Enjoy!
