Garlic Chicken with Onions

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.

4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Serve the garlic chicken with onions over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
