Make Garlic Chicken and Rice



Garlic Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups of uncooked white rice
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.

4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.

5. Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

6. Add the rice and broccoli to the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Pour the rice and broccoli mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.

8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

10. Serve the garlic chicken and rice hot. Enjoy!
