Make Garlic Chicken Fried Rice
Recipe Name: Garlic Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add minced garlic to the other side. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Push the garlic to the side with the chicken and crack the eggs into the skillet. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
5. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the chicken, garlic, and eggs.
6. Pour soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir well to evenly distribute.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
