Make Garlic Chicken Fried Rice

Recipe Name: Garlic Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
4. Push the garlic and onion to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the garlic and onion.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the eggs, garlic, and onion.
6. Add the diced tomato and cooked chicken to the skillet. Mix everything together and let it cook for a few minutes to heat through.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir well to combine all the flavors.
