Garlic Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and bell pepper and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add cooked rice and stir to combine.
4. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Mix the eggs into the rice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
