Make Garlic Fried Rice

Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

4. Push the rice to the sides of the skillet to create a well in the center.

5. Crack the eggs into the center of the skillet and season with salt.

6. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

7. Mix the eggs and rice together.

8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
