Crispy Pork Belly
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds pork belly
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Place pork belly on a baking sheet and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic and grated ginger.
4. Spread the garlic and ginger mixture over the pork belly.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
6. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until pork belly is golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve and enjoy!
