Chilli Garlic Lime Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp and season with chilli powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3 minutes.
5. Squeeze the juice of the lime over the shrimp and stir to combine.
6. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
