Garlic Zucchini Linguine
Ingredients:
-1 package of zucchini linguine
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the zucchini linguine to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until al dente.
3. Drain the linguine and set aside.
4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
