Garlic Artichoke Saute

Ingredients:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add the artichoke hearts and season with salt and pepper.

4. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the artichokes are lightly browned.

5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
