Make Garlic Pepper Chicken Fried Rice
Recipe Name: Garlic Pepper Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Push the garlic to the side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Add diced chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
5. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the chicken, garlic, and eggs.
6. Season with black pepper and soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
