Make Garlic Pepper Chicken Fried Rice

Recipe: Garlic Pepper Chicken Fried Rice

- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt to taste

1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet and sauté the diced chicken until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil and sauté the minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant and translucent.
4. Push the garlic and onion to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the garlic and onion.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the garlic, onion, and eggs.
6. Season the fried rice with black pepper and salt to taste. Stir in the cooked chicken.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure everything is heated through.
