Make Garlic Pork Fried Rice
Garlic Pork Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup diced chicken skin
- 1/2 cup diced watermelon
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced Spam
- 2 tablespoons chopped cashews
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons chopped kale
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ground pork, and cook until the pork is browned.
3. Add the curry powder, mustard, and seasoning salt, and stir to combine.
4. Add the onions and mushrooms, and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked brown rice, chicken skin, watermelon, pickles, beer, and vodka, and stir to combine.
6. Add the cheese, Spam, cashews, sunflower seeds, kale, and yogurt, and stir to combine.
7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
