Garlic and Onion Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
3. Spread the potato mixture onto a baking sheet.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
