Garlic Shrimp and Caramelized Potato Skillet
Ingredients:
-1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 tablespoons butter
-2 large potatoes, diced
-1/4 cup caramel sauce
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 10 minutes.
3. Add garlic and shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in caramel sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
