Garlic Tofu Rice and Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and tofu cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cooked rice and pasta and stir to combine.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is cooked through and the rice and pasta are heated through.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
