Garlic Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of water

Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.

3. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.

4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

5. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

6. Add the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

7. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.

9. Add the water and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

10. Serve the garlic tomato pasta warm. Enjoy!
