Make Garry and Egusi Stew
Garry and Egusi Stew
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Garry
- 1 cup of Egusi
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning cube
- 2 tablespoons of palm oil
- 1/2 pound of fish
- 1/2 pound of beef
- 1/2 pound of pumpkin leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of crayfish
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat.
2. Add the fish and beef to the pot and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the Garry, Egusi, seasoning cube, salt, and crayfish to the pot and stir to combine.
4. Add the pumpkin leaves to the pot and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
7. Serve hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
