Make German Pancakes

Recipe Name: German Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mehl (flour)
- 4 Eier (eggs)
- 2 tbsp Zucker (sugar)
- 1 cup Milch (milk)

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Mehl, Zucker, and Eier until well combined.
2. Gradually pour in the Milch while continuing to whisk until a smooth batter forms.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
4. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan and swirl to spread it out into a thin layer.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
6. Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
7. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the pancakes on a plate as you go.
8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, maple syrup, or jam.
