Recipe Name: German Style Pasta Casserole

Ingredients:
- Nudeln (Pasta)
- Tomaten gehackt (Chopped Tomatoes)
- Brot (Bread)
- Knoblauch (Garlic)
- Zwiebeln (Onions)
- Frikadellen (Meatballs)
- Essiggurken (Pickles)
- Käse (Cheese)
- Tomaten Markt (Tomato Sauce)
- Fleischwurst (German Sausage)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a pan, sauté chopped onions and garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce to the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Slice the bread into cubes and place them in a baking dish.
6. Layer the cooked pasta on top of the bread cubes.
7. Pour the tomato mixture over the pasta.
8. Place the meatballs and sliced German sausage on top of the pasta.
9. Sprinkle grated cheese over the casserole.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11. Serve hot with sliced pickles on the side.
