Ginger-Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the ginger and garlic paste, garam masala, yogurt, cilantro leaves, cayenne pepper powder, black pepper powder, lime juice, salt, and cardamom powder.

2. Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade and mix until the drumsticks are evenly coated.

3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

4. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

5. Place the chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

6. Serve hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
