Recipe Name: Ginger Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
5. Add the diced carrots and cook until slightly softened.
6. Stir in the cooked rice and shredded lettuce.
7. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
8. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Ginger Garlic Fried Rice!
