Ginger-Lemon Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, ginger, pepper, olive oil, and milk.
4. Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets.
5. Place the slices of bread on top of the salmon.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
7. Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
