Ginger Lime Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:

-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-2 tablespoons lime juice
-2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
-1 tablespoon sesame seeds
-1 tablespoon sesame oil
-1 pound chicken, cut into cubes
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, dark brown sugar, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

2. Place the chicken cubes in a large bowl and pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken. Toss to coat.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken and marinade.

4. Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

5. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

6. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the chicken and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

7. Serve the chicken with steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
