Make Gingerbread Foie Gras
Gingerbread Foie Gras
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of double cream
- 4 ounces of foie gras, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons of gingerbread crumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, sugar, hazelnuts, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
3. Add the double cream and mix until combined.
4. Add the foie gras cubes and mix until combined.
5. Grease a baking dish with butter.
6. Pour the foie gras mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
7. Sprinkle the gingerbread crumbs over the top of the foie gras mixture.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
