Make Gingerbread French Toast
Gingerbread French Toast
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, ginger, and garlic.
2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
4. Place the slices of bread in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
5. Serve with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
