Gluten Free Chicken and Spinach Rotini
Ingredients:
-1 cup uncooked gluten free rotini
-1 cup cooked white rice
-1 cup chicken broth
-1 cup fresh spinach
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the gluten free rotini and cook according to package instructions.
3. Drain the rotini and set aside.
4. In the same pot, add the cooked white rice, chicken broth, and fresh spinach.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the cooked rotini and stir to combine.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
