Gluten-Free Ham and Cheese Spinach Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 slices gluten-free bread
2 slices ham
2 slices cheese
1/2 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place one slice of bread in the skillet and top with ham, cheese, and spinach.
3. Place the second slice of bread on top and press down lightly.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown.
5. Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the second slice of bread is golden brown.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
