Gnocchi and Broccoli Pinsa

Ingredients:

-1 package of gnocchi
-1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
-1 package of pinsa
-1 can of diced tomatoes
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, broccoli, pinsa, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the gnocchi and broccoli are cooked through and the pinsa is lightly browned.

4. Serve warm and enjoy!
