Gorgonzola, Funghi, and Parmigiano Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
- 1/2 cup of gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup of parmigiano cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced funghi
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the funghi and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the gorgonzola and parmigiano cheese and stir until melted and combined.
5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the pasta hot and enjoy!
