Gorilla Brain Stew
Ingredients:
-1 lb. pork belly, cut into cubes
-1 large onion, diced
-2 carrots, diced
-2 stalks celery, diced
-1 bulb fennel, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 cup Grand Marnier
-1/4 cup vanilla extract
-1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
-1/2 cup water
-1 lb. gorilla brain, cut into cubes
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the pork belly and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and fennel and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the Grand Marnier, vanilla extract, and mint and stir to combine.
5. Add the water and bring to a boil.
6. Add the gorilla brain and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
