Grape Syrup
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of grapes
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of sugar
Instructions:
1. Place the grapes and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve and discard the solids.
4. Return the liquid to the saucepan and add the sugar.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup cool before transferring it to a container.
8. Store the syrup in the refrigerator for up to one week.
