Greek Beef and Chicken Skillet

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground beef
-1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
-1 can tomato sauce
-2 carrots, diced
-1 kohlrabi, diced
-1 onion, diced
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 cup Greek yogurt
-1/2 head cabbage, shredded
-1 green pepper, diced

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the tomato sauce, carrots, kohlrabi, onion, garlic, and green pepper. Stir to combine.

4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the cabbage and Greek yogurt and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and cover the skillet. Allow the cheese to melt, about 5 minutes.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
