Make Greek Orzo Salad



Greek Orzo Salad

Ingredients:

- 1 cup orzo
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, olives, and feta cheese.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

4. Pour the dressing over the orzo mixture and toss to combine.

5. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
