Greek Youghurt Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek youghurt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek youghurt, oil, and water.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
5. Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
6. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
