Grilled Artichokes
Ingredients:
- 2 artichokes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Cut off the top of the artichoke and remove the tough outer leaves.
3. Cut the artichoke in half lengthwise.
4. Drizzle the artichokes with olive oil and season with salt and oregano.
5. Place the artichokes on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
