Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of onion powder
- 2 tablespoons of ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, onion powder, ground cumin, black pepper, and sea salt.
3. Rub the ribs with the olive oil and then rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs.
4. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the ribs are cooked through.
5. Once the ribs are cooked, brush them with the balsamic vinegar and cook for another minute.
6. Serve the ribs hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
