Grilled Burguer with Fried Egg and Caramelized Onion

Ingredients:

-1 hamburger patty
-1 egg
-1 onion, sliced
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.

2. Add the sliced onion and cook until it begins to caramelize, stirring occasionally.

3. Remove the onion from the pan and set aside.

4. Add the hamburger patty to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

5. Remove the patty from the skillet and set aside.

6. Add a little more oil to the skillet and crack the egg into the pan.

7. Cook the egg until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny.

8. Place the hamburger patty on a plate and top with the fried egg and caramelized onion.

9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
