Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 potato, peeled and thinly sliced

Instructions:

1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Place one slice of bread in the skillet and top with one slice of cheese.

3. Layer the tomato and potato slices on top of the cheese.

4. Top with the remaining slice of cheese and bread.

5. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

6. Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
