Make Grilled Chèvre and Tomato Sandwich
Grilled Chèvre and Tomato Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of chèvre
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread the chèvre on one slice of bread.
3. Top with the tomato slices.
4. Drizzle the olive oil over the tomato slices.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
6. Place the other slice of bread on top of the tomato slices.
7. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
