Grilled Chicken and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 large zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Rub the chicken breasts with the paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Add the zucchini slices and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.

6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

7. Slice the chicken into thin strips.

8. In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips, zucchini, and avocado.

9. Serve the salad warm or cold. Enjoy!
