Grilled Chicken and Flank Steak with Herbes de Provence
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 flank steaks
- 2 tablespoons tarragon
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 2 tablespoons herbes de Provence
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, combine the tarragon, cumin, curry, herbes de Provence, garlic, onion, oregano, tomato sauce, cream cheese, thyme, and rosemary. Mix until combined.
3. Rub the chicken and flank steak with the spice mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, oil, and white wine.
5. Place the chicken and flank steak on the preheated grill. Brush with the butter mixture.
6. Grill the chicken and flank steak for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through.
7. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
